This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) sets forth the list of personal data (hereinafter — Data) that may be requested from users (hereinafter — the User) on the Chukis.ru website (hereinafter — the Site) and in correspondence via messengers, as well as the methods of processing such Data.
The Policy also applies to information that CHUKIS ARCH (hereinafter — the Operator) obtains as a result of the User's use of its Site and Telegram channel.
1. Subject of the Policy
1.1. By accessing or using any functions of the Site, the User expresses and confirms their consent to this Policy, regardless of registration. Otherwise, the User must cease using the Site.

6.1. Disputes and disagreements between the User and the Operator regarding matters related to this Policy shall be resolved through negotiations.
6.2. If the User and the Operator fail to reach an agreement through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to court.
